Of Haitian origin and deeply proud of her Afro-Caribbean roots, she represents a unique voice in the Canadian music scene and beyond. A finalist on the popular Canadian show La Voix (The Voice), Ferline has captivated audiences with her extraordinary talent and undeniable charisma. Her career, defined by an unwavering passion for music, showcases her deep connection with a variety of genres, including soul, gospel, jazz, folk, and, of course, Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Fluent in both French and English, Line’s bilingualism adds an extra layer of richness to her artistry, enabling her to engage with diverse audiences in both languages. With three albums to her name, she has demonstrated remarkable versatility, blending her rich Haitian musical heritage with modern influences, creating a distinct sound that transcends cultural and geographical boundaries. Her most recent album, which fuses konpa, folk, and reggae, reflects this artistic quest for diversity and fusion, while highlighting her heritage and personal journey.
